Amritsar, Dec 4 (IANS) Afghanistan President Ashraf Ghani on Sunday unambiguously named Pakistan for promoting terrorism and said no amount of financial assistance can help stabilise the war-ravaged nation if "support to terrorists" from the neighbouring country continued.
